Sunday the 17th is dedicated to registration, opening talks in the afternoon and welcome cocktail in the evening. On Wednesday afternoon an excursion is planned for swimming at the seaside of the nearby town Zacharo and for sight-seeing at the Kaiafas lake. Information on funding :
Efforts are being made to be able to support partially some students and young researchers. Forms will be provided during the conference for requesting reimbursement in the event that such support becomes available. However, young researchers based in Europe are advised to apply for funding at EMS. For PhD students and recent PhDs (receiving their degree after 2010) based in the US, we expect (pending final award) to receive funds from the NSF to reimburse (up to $1700 USA) travel expenses to attend this conference. Qualified individuals should follow this link to submit an application (a current CV and brief letter from your research advisor or other senior researcher will be required in addition to the application information).

Registration fees include: Access to all conference sessions and to all conference centre facilities, conference material, book of abstracts, 2 daily coffee breaks, the welcome cocktail and the swimming excursion (according to the day), all as described on the conference website.

A one-stop-shop software is used for the whole registration process, easyconferences.org. The whole process is easy to use, secure, and can be completed in a few minutes. Please note that participants may not only register for the conference through easyconferences.org, but they can also book their accommodation and transfers.
